We are a boutique full-service licensed public accounting firm offering a one-stop solution to accounting, tax and assurance needs of small to medium size businesses across GTA. We are looking to add a Senior Audit Manager to our audit team who we can groom to become a partner when the time arrives. As a Senior Audit Manager, you are required to:

• Conduct external and internal audits for private companies and for NFP’s
• Leadership of teams as well as coaching and mentoring junior staff members
• Perform analysis of complex accounting and auditing issues
• Perform financial and systems analysis
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients

As an Audit leader you are expected to provide quality audit deliverables within tight deadlines representing our firm’s reputation.

What we expect from you:

• Experience with all reporting standards ASPE, IFRS, NFP Standards
• Excellent project management, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal or no supervision
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Effectively monitors multiple or complex projects regularly to check progress against deadlines and budget
• Excellent client service skills with an ability to understand clients’ business and maintain strong client relationships
• Dedication and motivation to achieve high standards of client service and professionalism in the performance of duties

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/business
• CPA designation from CPA Ontario
• 4-5 years of experience in a reputed public accounting firm
• Post graduation will be a value addition.

$90,000 to $120,000+ Benefits:
